H-NBR H-nitrile rubber is a hydrogenated acrylonitrle butadiene rubber. The material is ideal for various applications involving aliphatic hydrocarbons such as:
• Fuel
• Propane and butane
• Vegetable and animal fat or oil
• Mineral oils and greases (resistant to short temperature loads of up to +1700C)
Apart from this, rubber -H may is widely used in many diluted acids, alkalies and salt solutions, even at extreme temperature ocs, and in glycol water mixtures up to + 1500C. |

Features:
• Hydrolysis-resistant
• Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer
• Stable in water up to +90°c (hydrolysis is degradation in water)

| POM Seals | | |
The wide array of POM seal fabricated by us is of excellent quality and finds usage in various application areas. POM Acetal is a polyoxymethylene plastomer which is extensively used for anti-extrusion rings, guide ring bushes, scrapers and other high precision rotating parts. Acetal is widely used with mineral oil and grease, HFA, HFB and HFC fluids. Also, these are non-resistant to concentrated acids and alkaline solutions.
Apart from this, polyamide is a material with good sliding properties and is extensively used in guide rings and bearing components. Also, the material is used for components from 250 mm upwards and with different mineral oil and grease, HFA, HFB and HFC fluids, absorbing up to 8% water.

Our wide assortment of PTFE virgin is fabricated with best grade of raw material using most advanced technologies. Teflon 1 is polytetrafluoroethylene which is widely used in various applications. Molten alkali metals and gaseous fluorine will rigorously react with PTFE at high temperature ocs and pressures.
It is used for manufacturing different components such as:
• Back up rings
• Chevron packing
• O-rings
• Rotary seals
• Gaskets
In addition, Teflon 2 is polytetrafluoroethylene which is available with fillers and is extensively used for 'ow f"ct'on sea's- thrust collars and bearing rings for chevron packing's and guide rings. Also, it has high firmness values at low creep. |
